How It Works

  • Strategy Creation

    • Creators define asset allocations (e.g., SOL 50%, USDC 30%, mSOL 20%) or use AI-recommended strategies.

  • Tokenization & Funding

    • A custom SPL token is minted, representing shares of the vault fund, and contributions are collected.

  • Vault Execution

    • Once funding goals are met, the platform swaps and allocates assets into the vault as per strategy.

  • Performance Evaluation & Payout

    • If the fund exceeds the target return (e.g., 5%), a performance fee is paid to the creator from the excess only.

  • Trading & Redemption

    • Fund tokens are listed on DEXs for open trading, and future versions will support redemption from vault assets.
